DZ Sports Ltd has been running for over 25 years. The business is owned by Madeleine (Maddy) Clifford, Geoff Wood and Mike Browne. Maddy is a current AFF Instructor with over 5000 skydives and Geoff Wood has been a joint owner of both DZ Sports and Hinton Skydiving Centre for over 25 years. He has an extensive background in the sport, from his early introduction to skydiving in the military and has over 16000 skydives. He plays an active role on the DZ and organises special projects outside of the daily skydive operation and has been involved in several TV & Film productions at Hinton Skydiving Centre. Mike has retired from jumping now, but has a wealth of experience behind him as a Category system and Tandem Instructor. Chris, who has 20+ years in skydiving, is always happy to offer advice with choosing your equipment.
As a business, we supply both civilian and military organisations with parachute and related equipment. We have been involved in some interesting projects such as supplying equipment to the MI6 (Mission Impossible 6) Film and this was worn by Tom Cruise during his training and high altitude jumps.
